Jess is the Director and Owner of Nova Montessori. She has been a Montessori teacher for 15 years and is the heart of the school. Jess received her Montessori certification at MECR in 2015. MECR is one of the top Montessori training programs in the country.

Davys is our office manager and program coordinator. She has a background in Early Childhood Education, management, and is a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula. She is a mother of three beautiful boys and says that motherhood inspired her to advocate for quality care, individualized education, and respect of the child from the beginning of life.

Ashley teaches is our Primary classroom. As both an educator and a parent, Ashley brings a blend of professional experience, personal growth, and heartfelt passion for child development. Ashley is a proud mother of two children and knows the importance of honoring each child’s individuality.
